You will provide leadership across executive remuneration, incentive programs, remuneration frameworks and governance, with the credibility and technical capability to work closely with senior executives and contribute to Board and Remuneration Committee processes.\u003cbr\u003e More broadly, you will identify opportunities to improve systems, processes and service delivery, including the intelligent application of AI and automation. Strong numerical and analytical capability is essential.\u003cbr\u003e Importantly, you will also bring broader exposure to areas such as People Services, payroll, HR technology, Talent Acquisition and/or transformation. You will be naturally curious about technology, AI and automation and able to identify practical opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.\u003cbr\u003e You will be commercially minded, highly collaborative and comfortable getting into the detail when required.
