Working closely with the executive team and senior leaders, you will translate emerging AI capabilities into practical changes to work, roles, structures, skills and ways of working.\u003cbr\u003e You will develop the enterprise roadmap for AI-enabled workforce transformation; identify opportunities to redesign work and operating models; and establish the governance, capability and change frameworks required for responsible implementation. The role will also ensure the People function leads by example in adopting AI and creating a more effective, insight-led employee experience.\u003cbr\u003e This is a strategic role with a strong delivery mandate.
