You\u0026rsquo;ll bring solid generalist P\u0026amp;C experience with strong end-to-end ER capability, including performance, grievance and disciplinary matters, as well as confidence coaching and partnering with managers. Experience across recruitment, awards and industrial relations will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you\u0026rsquo;ll be a strong communicator with a practical, commercial and solutions-focused approach, who can manage competing priorities, work autonomously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
