You will manage employee lifecycle administration end to end and be a first point of contact for employees and leaders. You will produce people reporting from SuccessFactors and guide the P\u0026amp;C Coordinators day to day. As the function moves to shared services, you will support the rollout of new systems alongside SuccessFactors. This is a newly created role with real scope to make an impact on the transformation.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e \u003cstrong\u003eTHE CRITERIA\u003c/strong\u003e\u003cbr\u003e To be successful in this role, you will bring hands on HR experience in coordination or shared services, ideally in an operational, multi-site environment. SuccessFactors or similar large HRIS experience is highly regarded. You are confident with systems and reporting, and committed to compliance. You are curious, adaptable and comfortable with change. You enjoy being visible and approachable.
