This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys getting into the detail of workforce data but, importantly, can translate that data into a clear story and practical recommendations for the business. You will take ownership of workforce reporting and analytics, developing dashboards and insights that help leaders better understand their workforce and make informed decisions.
