This is a true leadership role. You will coach and develop your people, set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for accurate, timely outcomes. You will be the escalation point for complex payroll issues and a trusted voice with senior stakeholders. You will own payroll controls and compliance, and coordinate audit requests. Continuous improvement sits at the heart of the role. You will have strong knowledge of payroll legislation, awards and enterprise agreements, along with experience in payroll controls, governance, risk mitigation and audit.
